Program Overview

What is Protocol Camp?

Protocol Camp is a 3-month, full-time Web3 builder bootcamp where builders leverage AI tools and blockchain technology to build and launch production-level Web3 services. The program is designed for builders with strong execution ability who aim to ship real products and validate market fit within a short timeframe.

What is the main goal of Protocol Camp?

Protocol Camp aims to help builders launch production-ready Web3 services by combining AI-assisted development, hands-on execution, and continuous mentorship, with a strong focus on real-world deployment and market validation.

What makes Protocol Camp different from other Web3 bootcamps?

Protocol Camp is execution-driven and AI-first, focused on building and launching real products—not completing isolated learning tracks. Builders commit full-time, work with AI-assisted workflows, and receive hands-on support from experienced builders in the industry. The program is also ecosystem-flexible, combines online and offline sessions across Asia, and is free of charge.

Eligibility & Application

Who is eligible to apply for Protocol Camp?

Protocol Camp welcomes both solo and team applications from builders who demonstrate execution ability, have a clear and realistic Web3 product idea, are open to actively using AI tools, and can commit full-time for three months.

Can I apply as a team?

Yes. Both solo and team applications are accepted. Teams should have complementary skill sets, clear execution capability, and a shared commitment to building and launching a product within the program timeframe.

Can beginners apply to Protocol Camp?

Protocol Camp is not designed for idea-only beginners. Applicants should have prior experience building products beyond the idea stage and a track record of completing projects, regardless of scale.

How competitive is the application process?

Protocol Camp is selective. Applications are evaluated based on execution experience, product feasibility, AI utilization willingness, and team composition for team applications.

Team Formation & Projects

If I apply solo, how can I form a team during Protocol Camp?

Solo applicants can choose to build independently. However, if you'd like to form a team after being accepted into the program, Protocol Camp will provide team-matching support. Teams can consist of up to two or three members depending on your building mode, and are formed based on complementary skills and shared execution goals.

What kind of projects are expected in Protocol Camp?

Projects should be production-level Web3 services with a clear problem definition and realistic scope that allows for launch and market validation within three months.

Who owns the intellectual property (IP) of the projects?

Builders and their teams retain full ownership of the intellectual property they create during Protocol Camp.

Time Commitment & Schedule

What is the time commitment?

Protocol Camp requires a full-time commitment for three months. Builders are expected to dedicate their full attention to training, mentoring, building, and required online and in-person sessions throughout the program.

Can I participate if I am currently working or studying?

Protocol Camp is not designed as a part-time program. Applicants should only apply if they are able to commit full-time for the duration of the program.

Training & Education

How are Trainings & Education Courses different from Protocol Camp?

Training & Education is a 2-week program that takes place before the 12-week Protocol Camp. It is mandatory for all selected builders and open to all applicants.

Builder Training focuses on hands-on execution, where you'll use AI tools and blockchain technology to rapidly build production-level Web3 products. The emphasis is on shipping real products through AI-assisted workflows, rather than learning theory.

Education Courses complement this by featuring active AI and blockchain practitioners who share practical insights from real-world product development and operations. We also offer sessions on topics such as design and legal & compliance.

What topics will be covered during Protocol Camp?

Protocol Camp covers topics centered around building and launching production-level Web3 services using AI. This includes AI-assisted product development workflows, blockchain-based system design, real-world Web3 use cases, and insights across technical, product, and ecosystem considerations. The curriculum is designed to support rapid execution, product iteration, and market validation within the three-month program timeframe.

Language & Location

Will the program be conducted in English?

Yes. All sessions and communications are conducted in English to ensure accessibility for builders from different countries and backgrounds.

Is Protocol Camp fully online?

Protocol Camp is a hybrid program with both online and offline components. Selected builders are required to attend in-person sessions at designated locations. The dates and locations will be announced once accepted to the program.

Mentorship & Support

Will I receive mentorship during the program?

Yes. Builders receive ongoing support through weekly mentoring, monthly coaching with designated mentors, and sessions with external guest speakers who are actively building in the Web3 and AI space.

How often will mentorship sessions take place?

Mentorship takes place throughout the program, including regular weekly group sessions and project-specific guidance aligned with each team's execution progress.

Cost, Funding & Logistics

How much does it cost to join Protocol Camp?

Protocol Camp is free of charge for all selected builders including flights and accommodations fee when attending offline sessions. Our goal is to support and nurture the next generation of Web3 builders without financial barriers.

Will visas be supported?

Protocol Camp may provide supporting documents for builders who require visas for in-person sessions. However, builders are responsible for applying for and obtaining their own visas, and must be able to travel within Asia during the program. Builders must also have a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity beyond the program period.

Visa approval is determined solely by the relevant government authorities, and Protocol Camp cannot guarantee visa issuance.

Prizes & Outcomes

Is there a grand prize for the winning team?

Yes. Prizes are distributed in stablecoins such as USDC, and applicable taxes may be deducted in accordance with local regulations.

What happens after Protocol Camp ends?

Builders gain access to the Protocol Camp alumni network, ecosystem partners, and continued opportunities to grow and operate their products.

Can projects continue after the program?

Yes. Teams are encouraged to continue building, operating, and scaling their products beyond the program.
